FAQ

Common questions.

Everything about accounts, plans, the exams we cover and study rewards.

Account

Do I need an account?

Yes. Create a free account with Google or your email to practise, save your progress and earn points. The free plan never expires, and accounts made by 31 October get 30 days of Premium.

How do I sign up?

Choose Create free account and continue with Google, or enter your name, email and a password. If you use email, we send a link to confirm your address before you sign in.

I forgot my password. What now?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a link that works once and expires in 1 hour.

Plans & payment

What's free and what needs Premium?

Free accounts get the first 50 MCQs and 10 written questions of every subject, the first lesson of every subject, weeks 1–2 of the roadmap, the first 10 questions of every past paper (and a few sample papers in full), 5 mock tests a month, up to 50 questions each, and the job circulars, with the correct answer shown. Premium (from ৳125 a month) opens everything, with unlimited mocks, the weekly live model tests, full step-by-step explanations and topic analytics.

How does the free trial work?

Every account made by 31 October gets 30 days of Premium, with no card required. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan automatically and keeps all your progress.

Does Premium renew automatically?

No. Premium runs for the plan you choose (1 month ৳125 · 3 months ৳300 · 6 months ৳500 · 12 months ৳900) and then stops. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again yourself. We remind you before it ends.

What happens to my progress if I go back to Free?

It stays. Your answers, scores, streak, points and history are kept when a trial or Premium ends, and the Free plan never expires. If you buy Premium again later, you continue from where you were.

What if I don't pass my exam?

We're sorry. That's hard. No preparation can promise a result, so Premium payments are not refunded (Terms, section 6). Your progress stays on your account, the Free plan stays free, and every new circular and past paper is added here, so you can keep preparing for the next exam. If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, contact us with the receipt and we'll put it right.

How do I pay?

In taka, on a secure hosted checkout that takes cards, mobile wallets and internet banking. Premium starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Plans: 1 month ৳125 · 3 months ৳300 · 6 months ৳500 · 12 months ৳900. None of them renews automatically. Please use the free trial to decide before you buy: payments are not refunded.

How do I contact you?

Use the contact form on the contact page; we reply by email. For a payment problem, include your receipt or transaction reference so we can check it quickly.
