BPSC non-cadre IT postsপিএসসি নন-ক্যাডার আইটি পদ
The Bangladesh Public Service Commission recruits non-cadre IT officers (Assistant Programmer, Assistant Maintenance Engineer, Programmer, System Analyst and others) for ministries and departments. Every non-cadre exam follows the same policy: a large share of the marks is Bangla, English and general knowledge, so a technical candidate cannot skip them.
বাংলাদেশ সরকারি কর্ম কমিশন বিভিন্ন মন্ত্রণালয় ও দপ্তরের জন্য নন-ক্যাডার আইটি কর্মকর্তা (সহকারী প্রোগ্রামার, সহকারী মেইনটেন্যান্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, প্রোগ্রামার, সিস্টেম অ্যানালিস্ট প্রভৃতি) নিয়োগ দেয়। সব নন-ক্যাডার পরীক্ষা একই নীতিমালা মেনে হয়: নম্বরের বড় অংশ বাংলা, ইংরেজি ও সাধারণ জ্ঞানে, তাই টেকনিক্যাল প্রার্থীরও এগুলো বাদ দেওয়ার সুযোগ নেই।

How to prepare · প্রস্তুতি
- Split each study day like the paper: technical first, then 20 minutes each of Bangla, English and general knowledge.
- The written technical paper has an application part worth 50 of its 80 marks: practise solving problems and writing short programs, not only definitions.
- Mind the 0.50 deduction per wrong MCQ: skip guesses you cannot narrow down.
